What is stop-loss in trading :
The stop loss should not be based on an arbitrary number or a random amount you are willing to lose.
Rather, it should be based on whether or not your original trading idea was invalidated.
In this video post, I will share with you how to place a stop loss using this logical approach.
I will use 3 examples:
1) A classic support trade.
2) Dynamic Resistance trade
3) Trade on "Head & Shoulders" pattern
Hope you enjoyed this week's video post. As always, comments are welcome and encouraged.
