We are pleased to announce that our clients from Brazil can deposit and withdraw funds via PIX again.
PIX is an instant payment system developed and controlled by the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB). Using PIX, you can make instant payments and money transfers.
Minimum Deposit Amount: 10 BRL.
Deposit fee: 0%
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 BRL. The system's fee is 1.8%.
How to top up a trading account via PIX?
Go the the "Finance" section in your Client Area, click on "Bank transfer" in the "Deposit" section and choose PIX.
Choose a trading account, enter a deposit amount, and click "Continue".
You'll see your deposit details. Click "Confirm" to continue.
A unique QR code will be formed in a separate tab. Scan it via your mobile bank app and confirm the deposit. You can also copy and enter the code manually to complete the payment.
Money will be paid into your trading account automatically.
Please note:
A unique QR code is generated for each payment. Don't use the same QR code a few times.
How to withdraw money using PIX?
Go the the "Finance" section in your Client Area, click on "Bank transfer" in the "Withdrawal" section and choose PIX.
Specify a bank account to which you want to transfer funds and a payment amount in USD. Click on “Continue”.
You'll see your deposit details. Enter the verification code you'll receive by sms or email based on your security settings. Click "Confirm".
Done! The funds will be transferred to your bank account shortly.
