Dear clients,

Currently, the CME Globex (Futures & Options) trading platform is down due to a technical issue on the CME Group side. The outage occurred due to a cooling system failure at CyrusOne data centers (Chicago), which provide the main infrastructure for CME.

The failure impacted the ability of several liquidity providers to offer real-time quotes for various trading instruments. Specifically, quotes are unavailable for the following assets:

  • RUT (Russell 2000)
  • XNG (Natural Gas)
  • CORN (Corn)
  • WHEAT (Wheat)
  • SOYBEAN (Soybean)
  • NI225 (Nikkei 225)
  • NQ, NQ100 (Nasdaq 100)
  • SPX, SP500 (S&P 500)
  • YM, US30 (Dow Jones)
  • USCRUDE (WTI Crude Oil)
  • XPT (Platinum)
  • XPD (Palladium)

Until technical issues are resolved, we are temporarily suspending all operations on these instruments. These issues will be resolved as soon as possible.

Additionally, due to extremely low liquidity during the CME Globex outage, trading on XAU/USD and XAG/USD may also be restricted.

The CME Group and CyrusOne teams are working to restore operations, but the exact time of resumption has yet to be announced. Once CME Globex is back online, quote streams and trading will resume for all instruments listed above.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience due to circumstances beyond our control. Please feel free to contact our support team with any questions.

With best regards,
LiteFinance Global LLC
