Duties:

• Traffic, conversion, and advertising expenditure forecasts
• Assessment and analysis of the company's market competitiveness
• Study of the relevant market trends
• Analysis of the current promotion channels; increase in their efficiency
• Search and introduction of new client acquisition channels
• Development and implementation of client acquisition activities (promotions, exhibitions, seminars and the like)
• Increase in global marketing activities in the target region, local marketing campaigns
• Development of a local media base
• Maintenance of relations with journalists, bloggers, opinion leaders
• Assessment of prospective marketing activities and communication channels (including direct marketing) and analysis of the results of marketing campaigns
• Search of new development directions (new niches, new target audiences, cross sales for current customers and the like)
• Introduction of new services and projects
• Search and cooperation with advertising agencies
• Control over the marketing agencies’ activities and their performance
• Documents control
• Provision of necessary promotion materials for the office and marketing agencies
• Site usability and client focus testing
• Site maintenance

Requirements:

• Understanding and effective use of Internet traffic acquisition channels (SEO, contextual ads, media advertising, articles promotion, reputation maintenance, loyalty programs, SMM, SMO)
• Upper Intermediate level of English
• Deep understanding of analytical tools
• Ability to assess marketing efficiency
• Ability to formulate technical requirements for site improvements; usability and user experience testing
• Understanding of sales and marketing technologies
• Knowledge of the methods for market potential analysis, market share analysis, USP development, marketing performance tracking
• Project management skills
