Complete rules of the "Show your worth" contest by LiteFinance

1. Participation terms, contest period

1.1 The contest runs from 1.10.2020 till 1.10.2021

1.2 The organizer and sponsor of the "Show your worth" contest is LiteFinance Global LLC.

1.3 A prize fund of $1000 is regularly drawn among the bloggers from across the globe that observed the points of section 2 of these rules.

1.4 Participation in the contest is free and voluntary.

1.5 A participant may submit as many works as they wish, and each work may claim a contest prize.

1.6 Only people above 18 are eligible to participate in LiteFinance's contest for video bloggers.

1.7 Any participant, who has offered at least 6 videos during the entire competition period in different competition months, can claim to be the best video blogger (the prize is the contract for three years).

2. To participate in the contest, the following steps should be taken:

2.1 Click on the "Fill in the form" button on this promotion page. In the window that appears, register and specify your real data: full name, country of residence, and email address.

2.2 Make a short video review, forecast, or lesson, using the company's site LiteFinance or MT4/MT5 platforms from LiteFinance.

2.2.1 The contest results will be determined using the videos’ popularity index.

• A video’s idea, quality, editing, and presentation do not influence the contest results.
• Video’s timing: from 5 minutes.
• A video shall contain at least two verbal mentions of the LiteFinance brand.
• The idea expressed in a video should build a positive image of the LiteFinance broker.

2.3 Publish a video on your YouTube channel

2.3.1 The video’s title and description must include the keywords "Liteforex" and "LiteForex", as well as the tag #Liteforex. Bloggers can register a partner account at https://www.litefinance.org and add their referral link under the video to earn additional income.

2.5 The contest doesn't concern:

• Videos published on Youtube before the contest start date.
• Videos that have already won a prize in this contest before
• Videos created for promoting other Forex brokers or mentioning other broker companies’ names.
• Videos that form a negative image of LiteFinance

2.6 The contest concerns:

Videos created and published on Youtube on the first of the month and published before the end of the current contest month.

3. Prize-winners

3.1 The prize-winners of the contest are determined by LiteFinance's expert jury (hereinafter "jury") based on the popularity index. This is the main criterion. The popularity index (I) is computed using the following formula: I = V*0.01 + K*0.5 + L*0.5, where V is the number of views, K is the number of comments under the video, and L is the number of likes. This formula is applied solely to the video that participates in the contest. Views, comments, and likes concerning other videos are not considered. A comment should be based on the content of the video. If the number of comments left by a user exceeds or equals 2, 1 comment of this user will be considered.

3.2 The prize fund of 1000$ will be shared monthly among three winners and paid into their accounts opened with LiteFinance. The prize money is credited to an account for trading purposes and cannot be withdrawn, but the winner can withdraw profits made by use of the prize money.
The first prize - 500$,
the second prize - 300$,
the third prize - 200$.

3.3 To withdraw profits, a trader needs to have conducted at least two trades of at least 0.15% of the total prize money volume. The minimum amount of money withdrawal is at least 10% of prize funds. The money cannot be withdrawn more often than twice a week. The prize funds previously received cannot be combined with the current competition prizes. The prize funds are available for trading during 90 days.

3.4 When calculating the total volume of closed transactions, we do not consider:

• deleted and canceled pending orders;
• trades contradicting item 6.13.2 of the "Client Agreement";
• fully or partially hedged positions (only a hedged position will be considered; a hedging position will be ignored);
• positions that have yielded less than 30 pips of profit/loss (the last two figures to the right of a decimal point in a quote).

3.5 All requests and applications for withdrawal of profit made with the use of prize funds should only be sent to the organizer's e-mail.

3.6 Within 24 hours after the contest winners are announced on the page, each winner must send the number of the account opened in their client area at LiteFinance to via email.

4. Prize awarding

4.1 The contest winners will get their prize in 7 days after the results have been published, provided that the video is still available on the winner's channel at the moment of prize crediting.

4.2 The Organizer has the right to disqualify a contest participant without providing the reason.

4.3 The Organizer has the right to close the contest without providing the reason.

4.4 The Organizer has the right to modify the contest rules during the whole contest period.

4.5 The client support team does not examine any claims arising in connection with this contest.
