New Legislation in Poland

We would like to inform you that in the best interests of our clients due to the introduction of the circular 168 dated November 30, 2016 by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), the maximum leverage offered to individual clients will not exceed the cap of 1:50 as a default. Only clients that ask for higher leverage via completing the request form will have an option to change the default to a higher leverage.

Please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account(s) to keep open positions on the 16th of July 2015 and avoid potential losses if the leverage in your account(s) is bigger than 1:100. Also, according to the legislation of KNF - Polish Financial Supervision Authority that came into force on 16th of July 2015 the maximum leverage offered by LiteFinance Global LLC to individual clients living in Republic of Poland is set up to 1:100.
