
At 12:00 (GMT+2), January data on the consumer price index of the EU countries will be released. It is the main indicator of the level of inflation in the country, which determines the change in the level of retail prices for a certain "basket" of goods and services: food, transport, utilities, healthcare, and others, having a significant impact on the decisions of the authorities on monetary policy. The CPI is expected to fall from 5.0% to 4.4% YoY for January.
