It is the main indicator of inflation in the country, which reflects the change in retail prices for a certain "basket" of goods and services: food, transport, utilities, healthcare, etc. It has a significant influence on the decisions of the country's financial regulator regarding monetary policy. The index is expected to rise from 0.3% to 0.7% MoM and remain around 8.3% YoY, while the base value will decrease from 0.6% to 0.5% MoM and from 6.2% to 5.9% YoY.
