At 17:00 (GMT+2), the Energy Information Administration of the US Department of Energy (EIA) will publish a weekly report containing data on changes in the volume of crude oil, gasoline, and distillates in the US. The increase in reserves, as a rule, leads to pressure on oil prices. The indicator is expected to grow from the current –2.762M barrels to –1.100M barrels, which, in turn, may put pressure on oil prices.
