At 11:00 (GMT+2), EU Q2 GDP data will be released. It is the main indicator reflecting the state of the national economy. It considers domestic consumption, investment, government spending, and exports. The indicator is expected to remain at the same level of 0.7% QoQ and 4.0% YoY.

At 08:00 (GMT+2), July data on the consumer price index in the UK will be released. It is the main indicator of inflation in the country and determines the change in retail prices for a certain “basket” of goods and services (food, transport, utilities, healthcare, etc.), and also has a significant impact on monetary policy decisions.
