Consumer Price Index. EU, 12:00 (GMT+2)

At 12:00 (GMT+2), October data on the consumer price index in the euro area will be released. It is the main indicator of inflation in the region and determines the change in retail prices for a certain “basket” of goods and services: food, transport, utilities, and healthcare, having a significant impact on the authorities' decisions on monetary policy. The consumer price index is expected to remain at 10.7% YoY and rise from 1.2% to 1.5% MoM, while the Core value will remain at 5.0% YoY and 0.6% MoM.
