At 09:00 (GMT+2), the December housing price index from the British building society Nationwide Building Society will be published. It measures the change in the average price of a house with a mortgage issued by it in the United Kingdom and is a leading indicator in the national real estate market. The negative dynamics are forecasted to slow down from –1.4% to –0.7% MoM and the indicator is likely to correct from 4.4% to 2.3% YoY.
