The indicator consolidates the percentage ratio of the number of unemployed citizens over 18 years of age to the total working-age population of the country. Only registered unemployed persons are taken into account. It is expected that the value will decrease from the current 3.3% to 3.2%, which, in turn, may support the national currency of New Zealand.
