At 11:30 (GMT+2), the January index of business activity in the UK services sector will be published, which is calculated on the basis of a survey of supply managers of non-manufacturing enterprises in the country, while assessing the attitude of respondents to the current economic situation. It is expected that the index will remain at 48.0 points, and the composite index at 47.8 points.

At 10:55 (GMT+2), the January index of business activity in the service sector of Germany will be published. The indicator reflects the state of business activity in the service sector and is calculated on the basis of a survey of supply managers of non-manufacturing enterprises. At 12:00 (GMT+2) the December data on producer price index in the EU will be published. The indicator reflects the change in the price of goods at the wholesale level (raw materials, semi-finished products and final goods are taken into account). Higher prices for producers contribute to the growth of consumer inflation in the region. It is expected that the indicator will slow down the negative dynamics from –0.9% to –0.4% MoM and it will correct from 27.1% to 22.5% YoY.
