The indicator reflects the state of business activity in the national manufacturing industry and is based on a survey of purchasing and supply managers of leading national enterprises in all industries. At the same time, their attitude to the current economic situation and the prospects for its further development is assessed. The indicator is expected to grow from the current 51.6 points to 51.7 points, which, in turn, may have a positive impact on the yuan.
