At 07:00 (GMT+2), Japan will publish the March household confidence index. The indicator, which is calculated by evaluating a survey of about 5.0K respondents, predicts consumer spending, which is part of economic activity in the reporting month. If in March the value rises from the current 31.1 points, this will strengthen the position of the yen.
