The indicator records the number of all goods sold by retailers, based on samples of retail stores of various types and sizes. It is an important indicator of consumer spending and has a significant impact on gross domestic product. It is expected that it will correct from –2.4% to 1.0% MoM and from –8.6% to –5.0% YoY, which may positively affect the position of the euro.
