At 03:30 (GMT+2), Australia will release data on Retail Sales for the second quarter of 2023, a key indicator of consumer spending that has a significant impact on the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Retail Sales indicator measures the change in the total value of inflation-adjusted sales at the retail level, excluding automobiles and gas stations. A correction is expected from -0.6% to -1.8% on a monthly basis, which, in turn, may put pressure on the quotes of the Australian currency.
