At 10:30 (GMT+2), the September index of business activity in the UK services sector will be published. It is based on a survey of supply managers at non-production enterprises in the country and assesses the respondents’ attitude to the current economic situation. The index is expected to decline from 49.5 points to 47.2 points in September, and the composite index – from 48.6 points to 46.8 points.

At 09:55 (GMT+2), the September index of business activity in the German services sector will be published. It is based on a survey of supply managers of non-production enterprises, and their attitude to the current economic situation and prospects for its further development is assessed. At 11:00 (GMT+2), August data on the producer price index in the EU will be published. The indicator reflects changes in the price of goods at the wholesale level (raw materials, semi-finished products, and final goods are taken into account). Increasing prices for producers contributes to the growth of consumer inflation in the region. It is expected that the value will accelerate the negative dynamics from −7.6% to −11.6% YoY and adjust from −0.5% to 0.6% MoM.
