At 08:00 (GMT+2), data will be released on the UK’s gross domestic product (GDP) for August, the main indicator reflecting the state of the national economy, taking into account domestic consumption, investment, government spending, and exports. The figure is expected to rise 0.2% MoM after falling 0.5% in July and 0.2% YoY, above July’s 0.1%, supporting the pound.
