At 03:30 (GMT+2), the Chinese consumer price index for September will be published. It is the main indicator of inflation in the country, which reflects changes in retail prices for a certain “basket” of goods and services: food, transport, utility costs, healthcare, and so on, having a significant impact on the decisions of regulators in the field of monetary policy.
