At 09:00 (GMT+2), October data on the consumer price index in Germany will be published – the main indicator of inflation in the country, which reflects changes in retail prices for a certain “basket” of goods and services: food, transport, utility costs, healthcare and so on, and has a significant impact on the decisions of regulators in the field of monetary policy. It is expected that the figure will adjust from 0.3% to 0.0% MoM and from 4.5% to 3.8% YoY.
