At 09:00 (GMT+2), September data on manufacturing output from the UK National Statistical Office (ONS) will be published – one of the main indicators reflecting the state of the sector. The value is expected to adjust from –0.8% to 0.3% MoM and from 2.8% to 3.1% YoY, supporting the pound.
