At 09:00 (GMT+2) October data on the Unemployment Rate will be published in Turkey. This indicator records all persons aged 15 years and older who were not employed during the reporting period, who used at least one of the job search channels in the last three months, as well as citizens who are already employed or have become self-employed, but are awaiting registration of the necessary documents. If the value continues to rise in October from the current 9.1%, this could put pressure on the lira's positions.
