At 07:00 (GMT+2), the February household confidence index will be published in Japan. The indicator, which is calculated by evaluating a survey of about 5.0 thousand respondents, predicts consumer spending, which is part of economic activity in the reporting month. The index is expected to rise from 38.0 points to 38.4 points in February, supporting the exchange rate of the Japanese currency.
