
At 12:00 (GMT+2), February data on the Consumer Price index in the Eurozone will be published. It is the main indicator of inflation which determines the change in the level of retail prices for a certain "basket" of goods and services: food, transportation, utilities, healthcare, etc. It has a significant impact on the decisions of the financial regulator regarding adjustments to monetary policy. The CPI is expected to remain at -0.4% MoM and drop from 2.8% to 2.5% YoY, while the base monthly value is likely to be fixed at -0.9%, and the annual value will decrease from 3.3% to 2.9%.
