At 08:30 (GMT+2), March data on the consumer price index will be presented in Switzerland. It is the main indicator of inflation in the country and reflects changes in retail prices for a certain “basket” of goods and services: food, transport, utility costs, and healthcare. The index has a significant influence on the decisions of the Swiss National Bank on monetary policy. It may adjust from 1.2% to 1.4% YoY and from 0.6% to 0.3% MoM.
