The indicators reflect the state of business activity in the national manufacturing and service industries and are calculated based on a survey of purchasing and supply managers of leading national enterprises. At the same time, their attitude to the current economic situation and prospects for further development is assessed. The index in the manufacturing sector may rise from 49.1 points to 49.5 points, in the services sector it may fall from 55.0 points to 54.7 points, and the composite business activity index may fall from 54.1 points to 54.0 points.
