
At 09:00 (GMT+2), Turkey will publish the May consumer price index, which is the main indicator of the inflation rate in the country, reflecting the change in the cost of a certain "basket" of goods and services: food, transport, utilities, health care, and so on. It has a significant impact on the monetary policy decisions of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. It may increase from 3.18% to 3.40% MoM and from 69.80% to 70.33% YoY.
