At 09:00 (GMT+2), April unemployment data will be published in Turkey. This indicator captures all persons aged 15 years and older who were not employed during the reporting period, who used at least one of the job search channels in the last three months, as well as citizens who are already employed or have moved into the category of self-employed, but are waiting for the necessary documents to be processed. If the value continues to grow in April from the current 8.6%, this may put pressure on the lira's position.
