At 08:00 (GMT+2), the UK will release its retail sales data for May. The indicator records the volume of all goods sold by retail enterprises every month based on a sample of stores of different types and sizes. It is an important indicator of consumer spending, which has a significant impact on the gross domestic product (GDP). It may change from –2.3% to 1.6% MoM and from –3.0% to –1.1% YoY.
