June data on the euro area's Consumer Price Index are due at 11:00 (GMT+2). It is the main indicator of inflation in the region and determines the change in the level of retail prices for a particular basket of goods and services: food, transport, utility costs, healthcare, etc., and has a significant impact on the decision of the financial regulator in the field of monetary policy. The Consumer Price Index is expected to consolidate at 0.2% on a monthly basis, and on an annualized basis it will fall from 2.6% to 2.5%, while the Core monthly CPI may be adjusted from 0.4% to 0.3%, and the annual rate may remain around 2.9%.
