Unemployment Rate. EU, 12:00 (GMT+2)

At 12:00 (GMT+2), September data on the unemployment rate in the Eurozone countries will be published — an indicator that captures the percentage of the number of unemployed over the age of 18 to the total working-age population. Only registered unemployed citizens are counted. It is expected that in September the value will be fixed at 6.4%.

At 12:00 (GMT+2), October data on the Consumer Price index in the Eurozone will be published. It is the main indicator of inflation and determines the change in the level of retail prices for a particular basket of goods and services — food, transport, utility costs, health care and so on — which has a significant impact on the European Central Bank's (ECB) monetary policy decisions.
