The indicator is calculated based on a sample of mortgage loan data covering about 15.0 thousand monthly purchases of residential real estate, allowing to analyze the strength of the market and the economy as a whole. MoM, it is likely to decrease from 0.7% to 0.5%, putting pressure on the pound's position.
