At 07:00 (GMT+2), the April household confidence index will be published in Japan. The indicator, which is calculated by evaluating a survey of about 5.0 thousand respondents, predicts consumer spending, which is part of economic activity in the reporting month. A correction from 34.1 points to 33.9 points is expected, which may put pressure on the exchange rate of the national currency of Japan.
