It is the main indicator of inflation in the country and determines the change in retail prices for a certain basket of goods and services (food, transportation, utilities, health care, etc.), and also has a significant impact on monetary policy decisions. It may change from 2.6% to 3.3% YoY, and on a core basis – from 3.4% to 3.6%.
