At 14:30 (GMT+2), Canada will release March retail sales data, which reflects the volume of all goods retailers sold based on a sample of retail store types and sizes. It is a key indicator of consumer spending and has a significant impact on gross domestic product (GDP). It may fall from –0.4% to 0.3% MoM and from 0.5% to 0.2% on a baseline basis.
