At 16:00 (GMT+2), the US will publish the March housing price index – an indicator recording the average change in price when reselling a house or revaluing the same property. Its calculations use information on mortgage transactions for secondary housing concluded by the country’s largest agencies, the Federal National Mortgage Association and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. It may consolidate at 0.1%.
