At 11:00 (GMT+2), April data on eurozone retail sales volumes will be released, which is an indicator that records the total of all goods sold by retailers on a monthly basis, based on a sample of outlets of different types and sizes. It is the primary indicator of consumer spending, which influences the GDP. On a monthly basis, it may adjust from –0.1% to 0.2%, and on an annual basis — from 1.5% to 1.6%, supporting the euro exchange rate.
