At 01:30 (GMT+2), the May National Core Consumer Price Index will be published, recording changes in the cost of goods and services, with the exception of food and energy. This is a key way to determine the trend of buying and inflation in Japan. On an annualized basis, the rate is expected to rise from 3.5% to 3.6%.
