At 10:00 (GMT+2), the July Swiss Economic Expectations Index from the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) will be released. It measures the difference between the proportion of institutional investors and analysts who are optimistic and those who are pessimistic, and is an important indicator of business conditions and the country's economic well-being. If the indicator continues its downward trend from the current –2.1 points, this could put pressure on the franc exchange rate.
