Industrial Production. Türkiye, 09:00 (GMT+2)

At 09:00 (GMT+2), Türkiye will publish July data on industrial production, recording changes in the volume of output of goods and utilities in the country. The indicator takes into account the manufacturing and mining industries, as well as the power industry. If the monthly and annual figures rise from 8.3% and –11.30%, respectively, this could support the lira.

Producer Price Index. China, 03:30 (GMT+2)

At 03:30 (GMT+2), China will publish August data on the Producer Price Index, one of the main indicators of inflation, recording changes in the cost of goods and services sold, and also showing changes in the costs of their production. On a monthly basis, it is expected to adjust from 0.9% to 0.3% and on an annual basis from 3.3% to 2.5%, while the core monthly figure is expected to adjust from 0.9% to 0.3% and from 3.7% to 2.9%, respectively.
