At 15:00 (GMT+2), preliminary data on the German consumer price index for October will be released. It is the main indicator of the level of inflation in the country and determines changes in retail prices for a certain basket of goods and services (food, transport, utility costs, healthcare, etc.), and also has a significant impact on decisions on monetary policy. The monthly figure is expected to remain at 0.2%, while the annual figure is expected to decline from 2.4% to 2.3%.
