At 09:00 (GMT+2), in the UK, data on the house price index from the British building society Nationwide Building Society for October will be published. The indicator records the average change in the price of houses sold on the housing market during the reporting month. On a monthly basis, the index is expected to decline from 0.5% to –0.1%, and on an annual basis, to reach 2.2%. If the forecast proves right, the pound may fall under pressure.
