
At 02:30 (GMT+2), the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) will release the minutes of its monetary policy meeting, which will include details of the monetary policy discussions and economic conditions that influenced the interest rate decision and/or asset purchase program. At its latest meeting, the regulator decided to fix the cost of borrowing at around 3.60% after cutting it by 25 basis points last month. In total, the indicator has been adjusted by –75 basis points since the beginning of 2025, amid some signs of slowing inflation and a weakening labor market.
