At 13:00 (GMT+2), the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) will release its December Small Business Confidence Index, which measures economic trends in the country and is derived from ten components such as hiring, inflation and capital spending statistics. A correction from 99.0 points to 99.5 points is expected, which could support the exchange rate of the national currency.
