At 21:00 (GMT+2), the US Federal Reserve System (US Fed) will announce its interest rate decision: the regulator will likely keep the value in the range of 3.50–3.75%. In the follow-up statement, Fed Chair Jerome Powell may also announce specific steps by financial authorities to curb inflationary pressure and hint at a time frame for returning to a fully "dovish" course.
