Consumer Price Index. EU, 12:00 (GMT+2)

At 12:00 (GMT+2) will be published January data on the Consumer Price Index — a key indicator of inflation that determines changes in retail prices for a certain basket of goods and services (food, transportation, utilities, healthcare, etc.). On a monthly basis, it is expected to decline from 0.2% to −0.5%, while on an annual basis it is projected to stabilize around 1.7%. The value, excluding seasonal fluctuations, is anticipated to fall from 129.54 points to 100.08 points, which will likely have a significant impact on European Central Bank (ECB) monetary policy decisions.
