It is based on the results of a survey of purchasing managers of non-manufacturing enterprises, assessing their attitudes to the current economic situation and prospects for its development. If the index continues to rise from 51.9 points, and the composite indicator maintains growth from 51.8 points, it is likely to support the euro.
