The indicator reflects changes in prices for goods and services purchased for personal consumption, with the exception of food and energy. The indicator is likely to decrease from 0.4% to 0.3% MoM, while YoY it is expected to remain around 2.9%. At the same time, the core indicator is projected to adjust from 1.0% to 0.4% MoM and from 3.0% to 3.1% YoY, which may influence the rhetoric of the US Federal Reserve at the next monetary policy meeting.
